Delta-M is expanding its electrical services to include the installation of EV charging stations. This service is currently being prepared: we are in the process of obtaining the certifications and the IRVE P2 qualification, mandatory in France for installing communicating, connected charging stations.
Why the IRVE qualification matters
The IRVE qualification is mandatory for any charging station installation above 3.7 kW. Level P1 covers non-communicating stations up to 22 kW, while level P2 — the one we are preparing — also covers communicating and connected stations, as well as intelligent charge supervision and management systems. P2 is notably required for co-owned buildings with individual billing.
Using an IRVE-qualified installer guarantees a compliant, safe installation that is eligible for available grants.
The solutions we plan to install
For reference — the final choice of partner brands will be confirmed once our qualification is obtained — we are leaning towards Wallbox stations (residential and professional range, 7.4 to 22 kW, app control) and Schneider Electric EVlink (from the residential EVlink Home Smart model to EVlink Pro AC stations for shared and commercial buildings).

P2 allows the installation of communicating, connected stations with charge supervision — a level required as soon as you go beyond a simple single-family home, particularly for co-owned buildings.
What charging power is needed for a house?
Generally between 7.4 kW and 22 kW depending on the existing electrical installation — something we will assess when reviewing your project.
