For standard residential use, we install automation systems known for their reliability and excellent value for money.
Came offers automation ranges (notably the BX/BY series) in 230V for standard use or 24V for more frequent use, with backup battery and fine speed control. Residential models cover gates up to 400–800 kg, and the 24V BXV range fits gates and shared-building gates up to 1,000 kg.
BFT, an Italian manufacturer part of the Somfy group, offers a complete range for swing gates (up to 800 kg per leaf depending on the model, 24V motor) and sliding gates (up to 600 kg, 12 m/min opening speed). BFT motors carry a 30-month warranty and can last more than twenty years.
Cardin, an Italian manufacturer since 1974, offers complete kits for swing gates (up to 400 kg per leaf for residential use, up to 1,500 kg for reinforced electromechanical units) and sliding gates (400 to 3,000 kg depending on the model). Kits generally include the control unit, remote control, photoelectric cells and an LED flashing light.
All three brands can equip swing gates, sliding gates or garage doors alike, with standard safety features: photoelectric cells, obstacle detection, automatic stop.
For heavy-duty and shared use: DEA and Cardin Pro
For co-owned buildings, businesses and sites where the gate opens and closes very frequently, standard residential automation wears out prematurely. In these cases we install automation designed specifically for intensive use.
DEA offers in particular the REV range, dedicated to shared buildings and businesses with frequent openings, capable of driving sliding gates up to 1,400 kg, fitted with an internal fan and a vandal-resistant steel housing. For the most demanding industrial gates, the Gulliver model is designed for gates up to 2,500 kg.
Cardin Pro offers a professional range of reinforced 24V motors, capable of driving gates up to 3,000 kg depending on the model.
This automation is particularly suited to residential complexes with several entrances, high-traffic business sites, and installations combined with an access control or barrier management system.
Safety and integration
All our installations include standard safety features (photoelectric cells, obstacle detection, automatic stop) and can be linked to your access control, intercom or video surveillance system for centralised control of all your access points.
